I called and placed an order for delivery. Told the lady that took my order I would let her know when my grandparent's arrived home. She knew our arrangement. I called to let her know they would be home within 15-20 minutes...just to be told that she in fact called my grandparents and they where stopping by to get their flowers and cross. Very disappointed in the communication and how she didn't listen to what we agreed on. However I give 3 stars for her taking my order and being polite.
