Waters Funeral Home handled my grandmothers funeral arrangements in June of 2016. My grandmothers insurance policies more than covered the expenses. My Mother was to receive a check for the amount overpaid. When we talked to him in person he would just respond he would have to get back with us. Gary refused to respond to emails and messages left. He was also not truthful about placing the grave marker on the grave site. I am very disappointed in the unethical and bad character Gary has shown.
